A Presentation of the CURC Webinar Series

You have the green light to start or expand recycling collections, now what you do? Collegiate recycling operations come in all shapes and sizes.  While there is no "one size fits all" formula to college recycling operations, there are basic features and choices that apply to all.

Join this second “Getting Started” webinar addressing the basic elements of recycling collections. Presenters will cover best practice topics universal to all schools, as well as provide a pro and con analysis of collection topics such as single stream vs. source segregated; in-house hauling vs. contracted service providers; custodial or grounds-based collection labor vs. dedicated crews. The webinar will also feature several case studies of schools that built up program from scratch or minimal infrastructure.
